Any display of “cash win” or similar reward indicators within the game is purely visual and serves only as a representation of in‑game progress or achievement milestones. Arrow Maze Rush Saga does not involve or facilitate real‑money betting, gambling, cash payouts, cryptocurrency transfers, or any form of monetary redemption. Virtual items and rewards have no real‑world value and cannot be exchanged for currency, goods, or services outside the game environment.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the game will be error‑free, run without interruptions, or be compatible with every device model, operating system version, or third‑party component. Performance may vary depending on device hardware, system updates, network conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including, without limitation, data loss, lost saved game progress, device performance issues, or other losses arising from your use or inability to use the App. Game progress and save data are stored locally on your device; we do not maintain remote backups and assume no responsibility for any loss of progress resulting from app removal, device resets, or other events.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue updates, patches, or modifications to the game—including the addition, removal, or alteration of features, content, or functionality—with or without prior notice. We also may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated version will be posted at fraapix.com/terms.html with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after such posting signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our development entity is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
